Our Support Contract Packages are designed to provide comprehensive maintenance and support for your treasured control systems. Support packages range from Bronze (Ideal for 1 to 2 rooms) up to Platinum (ideal for 10+ rooms). All packages offer same-day remote support, software upgrades, access to our dedicated support desk, audio and visual health checks and onsite maintenance from our leading technical engineers.

 

Having a Support Contract Package allows us to closely maintain and provide peace of mind that your smart home investment is being well looked after.

• Same day remote support
• Service Maintenance visits – Depending on your support plan you will receive between one to four annual onsite maintenance visits where the system is reviewed, maintained, tested, and cleaned.
• Access to our dedicated service desk
• Audio and visual health checks
• Includes installing a leading monitoring system so that same-day remote support access can be provided. This allows us to remotely see speeds, what has dropped off the network, lag, update software and see which hardware is not responding.

FOR NON-EXISTING GENESIS AV CLIENTS +

For non-existing clients and for those who have inherited an existing system when buying a new property, we can take over and look after the system that has been historically installed. A ‘take over’ assessment will need to be conducted to fully understand what maintenance and updates are required with a survey report being presented as an advisory step before a Support Contract Package can be implemented.
